For many the holidays can be a difficult time. Blue Christmas is a service that recognizes that reality and seeks to remind us of the promise of the Christmas season – God with us. Through candle lighting and singing, a message of God’s presence, and participation in communion it holds out hope and healing by reminding us that light conquers the darkness and we are never alone. Come be reminded that there is abundant hope in this Advent season. Come stand beside another and light a candle to tell them there is light and love enough for all. Come to share in this service and create the community we all need.
