Good Friday is a solemn experience of sitting with Christ in his moment of suffering. We will pray for the brokenness of our world and join together around the cross, from which is born the new life of Easter.
On Good Friday, we will be offering an age-appropriate version of stations of the cross in the large parish hall at Noon for children. On Maundy Thursday, we remember the two things Jesus instructed us to do in remembrance of Him – washing each other’s feet and sharing the bread and wine of the Eucharist. We finish with the stripping of the altar to prepare for Good Friday.
