We will celebrate the Feast of St. Francis, a beloved saint who deeply valued our relationship with all God’s creatures, with the Blessing of the Animals during our 10:00 a.m. service on Sunday, October 4. This is a time to ask God’s blessing on our furry, winged, and creepy-crawly creatures. It’s a wonderful time to invite a friend to church, both the two- and four-legged kind. It’s an opportunity to say thank you to God for our pets, for all they teach us about love. If you can't bring your pet, you are welcome to bring something representative such as a photo or stuffed animal. We will be collecting pet food and supplies for PCAPS so bring a donation if you can.
